Instructor, Human Resource Information Systems Programme
London School of Business Administration
Dr Fadi Sofi is a human resource information systems specialist and educator whose career bridges advanced academic research with hands-on HR technology practice. He earned his Ph.D. in Human Resource Information Systems from Cranfield University in 2023, following a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Derby in 2008.Â
For more than a decade, Dr Sofi has worked in the United Kingdom in strategic HR technology roles, including as an HR Software Professional at Screen HRM in London since 2012, where he has led global HRIS deployments and designed HR analytics frameworks to support data-driven decision-making. His earlier UK experience as an HR Manager strengthened his expertise in workforce planning, policy implementation, and integrating HRIS solutions into diverse business environments.
Dr Sofi’s teaching is grounded in a student-centred philosophy that links theory directly to practice. He integrates case studies, interactive discussions, and real-world HRIS applications into his sessions to cultivate critical thinking and collaborative problem-solving skills. Drawing on his doctoral research, he ensures that students understand both the strategic significance of HRIS and its practical application in driving organisational success.Â
At the London School of Business Administration, Dr Sofi teaches on the Human Resource Information Systems Programme, where his combination of scholarly insight and industry leadership helps professionals master the intersection of human resources and technology.
