Jenna Tiffany is an internationally recognised marketing leader, author, and strategist with extensive experience in shaping and delivering transformative marketing programmes. As Programme Director of both the Marketing Management Programme and the Digital Marketing Programme, she brings a unique blend of academic expertise and practical industry insight to her role, ensuring that learners gain knowledge that is both current and directly applicable to the workplace.
Jenna has advised global brands across a wide range of industries. She has been acknowledged as one of the world’s top 100 marketing influencers and is frequently invited to speak at leading international conferences. Her thought leadership extends to published articles, podcasts, and her acclaimed book Marketing Strategy: Overcome Common Pitfalls and Create Effective Marketing.
With a career spanning more than 15 years, Jenna has held senior-level marketing roles across multiple sectors, developing expertise in customer engagement, brand positioning, and digital transformation. She is also a Chartered Marketer, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), and a member of the DMA’s Email Council, further underscoring her authority in the field.
